&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About you:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;BA/BS in computer science, other related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2-4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or related role.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience working with software development teams and end-users required.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prior experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams strongly preferred.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong organizational and documentation skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management practices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is a strong plus.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Management ability or experience is a plus for potential future team growth.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
